I have a user who changed his AD password on 1/3/2022 but after rebooting his IPhone device and being prompted to authenticate with Secure Mail, XenMobile is not accepting the new password. When he enters the old password, that one still works. I am unable to recreate this on my own device, the password synced up immediately when I tested it this morning.
Not sure where I can start looking to investigate this. Any thoughts?
