Citrix Shadow Functionality not working: Mouse becomes uncontrollable for user. He tried to shadow a session again today and the problem is still there. He doesn't know if others have the same issue,
Citrix shadow option is enabled in our citrix environment.
I asked user if he crosscheckes the same at your side if others are facing the same issue or not. we have 6.5 xenapp env in our organization. I also asked him to check DPI setting for the monitors don’t match.
Mostly, the drivers dont match in windows device manager, so they're mismatched for the monitors.
Please advise as soon as possible if you have solution for the same.
