msedge.exe suspended processes user unable to log off

msedge.exe sets some of it's processes into suspended state. Theses processes cannot be terminated as admin ("access denied") and users are unable to log off from os vda server.

Anyone else with this issue?

We have the same problem here on Windows 10 multi session 20H2 with FSLogix and VDA 2112. For some users Citrix Director shows "Logging Off" but two processes keep running for the session ID of the user: "msedge.exe" and "csrss.exe"

I've already disabled Startup Boost but that did not solve the problem. 

 

Has anybody a solution?

 

EDIT: Seems like excluding msedge.exe from WEM CPU Spike protection solved the issue for us.
