iOS System Proxy Settings - SecureHub Error

Hi,

 

did anyone knows where the settings in ios is and how we can allow this in XenMobile?

On User cannot open the SecureHub, beacause of this message. 

 

We have done:

-  Reenrollment

-  Latest iOS 15.2

-  Reset the Networksettings on the iPhone.

 

Environment:

XenMobile Onpremise 10.14.0.6 MDM and MAM.

The problem is caused by virusscanner on the device. i had 2 users that use NORTON Antivirus and if you disable in the Norton app internetsecurity Securehub works again.  Maybe in Norton you can make an exception for the securehub upn that you connect to so that people don't have to disable internet security.

Based on that error message, it looks like your devices are using a local proxy configuration on their phones.   You'll need to update the client properties to configure the ALLOW_CLIENTSIDE_PROXY on your server to allow the local proxy on the device.  Here's a link to the details on how that's done:

Same here, culprit (is that the right word?) was norton antivirus scanner on iphones which also installs a proxy
