No notifications new mail on Samsung devices

Hello, I have a problem within Citrix CEM (in the cloud) with the notifications of Secure Mail on an Android device. Testing with different sync options etc has no effect. On iOS I get notifications for new mail, on Android not. FCM is configured and a selective wipe etc just works. Notifications are of course turned on in Secure Mail. Anyone else having this issue and know a solution for it?
