CEM Android Enterprise & Microsoft Launcher

Hi All,
I have a client who I am designing a Corporate-Owned Fully Managed (COBO). One of the requirements is to have a Managed Home Screen to 

allow the customisation of the homescreen, icon locations etc.

The app of choice is the Microsoft Launcher. All seems well it installs ok, the associated Managed Configuration policy is deployed.

However none of the settings are applied.

Does anyone know the syntax I should be using?

App order, wallpaper are enabled and configured but none apply.

Can CEM recognise the managed settings configured, do they actually work together full stop.

 

Any pointers would be gratefully appreciated.
