ELM High CPU After Restart - debug MAService.exe

I restarted my ELM and the GUI will not fully function. Some of the functions return popup like:

 

 

 

Top -c shows process causing high CPU is '/usr/bin/mono-sgen --debug /usr/local/unitools/MAService.exe'.

 

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hi Darryl,

 

How long has it been since you rebooted?  If not that long wait a little while to see if it starts working.  

 

What were you doing before the restart/

 

If it stays that way open a ticket to work with support.

Thank you Rob. It has been running for about a half hour. I saw a related thread for this same issue where it would resolve itself after 1-2 hours. I will be patient.

 

I was preparing for an upgrade. I shut down the ELM to take a VM snapshot. After starting it back up it was in this state with the process running.

 

As I wrote this the process ended and now everything appears to be running normally.
