Word Office 2010 writeprotected ) [compability]

Have problem to save word files from Citrix xenapp 6.5. after I have open the word document at the top it reads write protected) [compatibility] .

I try to save the file, but it is write protected. If I open the same word document directly form the citrix server it does not show the write protected) [combability] and I am able to save the file.

What could be the cause of this problem?

When a file is write protected this normally means you are opening it from a read-only location. 

Can you save the file to another location, my documents for example?

Yes I can save it to Documents, but word opens from a citrix application and it should be stored in a share.

Finally progress.  It was a share that was set one level higer in file directory than it should be, The Appplikasjon was installed by a new Guy. Thanks for nugged me in the right direction:)
