Some users after logging in to our cloud citrix infrastructure and they try to open any app some times get the error message "The published resource is not available currently. Please contact system administrator for further assistance". If they try 2-3 times the app opens finally, and not a lot of users have this issue, but would like to troubleshoot that and resolve this. This issue happens in 2 different domains we have and 2 different pairs of citrix cloud connectors: 2 for one domain and 2 for another domain, and this issue the last 3 days have happened in both citrix. thank you in advance.
