I'm personally unable to reproduce this issue myself, as well. These reports and screenshots are coming from our users.
Users report there's only an issue in Chrome or Edge.
We're currently using Citrix Workspace for HTML5 version 1912, but I have plans to upgrade that this evening.
EDIT: Turns out this is only an issue since these users are accessing our Citrix environment through a Citrix Virtual Desktop provided by their company.

As far as I can tell, this issue isn't related to multiple monitors or DPI scaling like in these two articles:
