Hypervisor 8.2 after installation I would like to change the dns but on reboot they return as before

I performed a clean installation of hypervisor 8.2 and inserted the static ip and also the dns, now I should change the dns because they were not wrong, but as I restart the server they return as before.
I changed the ip both from xsconsole and also from resolv.conf, I tried to look for the eth0 network card but without finding it in the network-script path, do you have any ideas on how to solve ?, I also checked the network manager but it does not seem active and there are no configuration files either.

Odd that xsconsole isn't working. You might want to use it to do a network reset and reconfigure the management interface.

Another thought would be to use pif-list and then use the pif-reconfigure command.

xe pif-reconfigure-ip uuid=PIF-UUID mode=static IP=IP-ADDRESS netmask=SUBNETMASK gateway=GATEWAY DNS=DNS-SERVER

Have you tried using XenCenter to change this or only xsconsole?

This is a confirmed bug in xsconsole where the DNS settings are not retained. A fix has been made but has not yet been released.
