Android Sync to local contacts 12.8.5-3

Hi all,

we are experiencing problems syncing contacts to "newest" local contacts app in Android (iOS working fine as usual)

The Secure Mail App Version is: 12.8.5-3

Android Version is 11 installed

Local Conacts App Version 12.1.20.14 is working -> contacts synchronized to local

Local Conacts App Version 12.7.5.10 not working -> contacts NOT synchronized to local

 

Has anyone experienced the same?

Is Citrix Reading this?

Any ideas?

You are probably using Samsung devices. correct ?

This is a known issue by Samsung, they updated the contacts app in de Galaxy Store to fix this.

 

Fix will also be included in the september update

Well unfortunately the situation did not improve....

 

It is related to the Kernel Version released Aug 13th. This includes apparently an Update to Contacts 12.7. This is causing the issue of not being able to sync contacts to local address book.

 

Any ideas?
