Apply hotfix failed on Citrix Hypervisor 8.2

Hi There,

 

I tried to apply hotfix XS82E002 to Citrix Hypervisor 8.2

But it was failed. Both method 1 and 2.

How can I apply Hotfix?

Please let me know.

Error occurred.

 

 

[Method 2]

 

Select ISO file directly.

 

But the pool cannot select(gray out).

Do you have a licensed version of the hypervisor or are you using the express version?

I can't read the error message because of my bad Japanese :-)

Thank you for your reply.

I solved the issue myself.

I ended up specifying the ISO file directly, but I had to change the ISO extension to uppercase.

If it is left in lower case, it fails.
