Problems with Copy & Paste in the XenCenter Console

Hello,
I have recently started having problems with "Copy&Paste" between my workstation and XenCenter. There are older VMs where it works and new VMs where it doesn't work anymore. I am using Citrix Hypervisor 8.2 E026 with XenCenter 8.2. The VMs where it works have VM Tools 7.0.2 and the problematic VMs have VM Tools 9.1.2. The option "Share Clipboard..." in XenCenter is enabled.

 

What could be the reason for this. Is this feature provided natively or via VM Tools? I am still trying to downgrade to VM Tools 7.0.2.

After installing VM Tools 7.0.2 it works. After an update from 7.0.2 to 9.1.2 as well. After a clean installation of 9.1.2 it does not work unfortunately :-(.

I also have this issue.  Is there a fix for this? If not is Citrix on planning to fix this issue?
