hello Arnaud,

thank you for your answer. There were no changes on the netscaler. I do not see the device to be set up as enrolled MDM. It doesn't get that far. As soon as I enter the activation URL and confirm it, the message "Access to your company network is currently not available" appears. if I'm not mistaken, Android uses port 443 (android works) and iOS port 8443. I can establish a Telnet connection to both ports from the Internet. The Environment Check (Analyzer from Citrix) can only connect to Android, iOS fails. There were also no changes to the XenMobile server.
