Stefan Koller
Hello, Currently, no new iOS devices can be activated on any of our XenMobile servers. Android works fine. Port 8443 can be reached via telnet. SecureHub shows "Access to your company network is currently not available". Xenserver version is 10.13. Any idea? Link to comment
0 ArnaudP1
Hello Stefan, based on your description you should see your iOS devices MDM enrolled, no? this type of error is usually due to issue with the Gateway part of the enrollment. did you change anything on your configuration on your ADC? thanks arnaud Link to comment
0 Stefan Koller
hello Arnaud, thank you for your answer. There were no changes on the netscaler. I do not see the device to be set up as enrolled MDM. It doesn't get that far. As soon as I enter the activation URL and confirm it, the message "Access to your company network is currently not available" appears. if I'm not mistaken, Android uses port 443 (android works) and iOS port 8443. I can establish a Telnet connection to both ports from the Internet. The Environment Check (Analyzer from Citrix) can only connect to Android, iOS fails. There were also no changes to the XenMobile server. Stefan Link to comment
