Sharefile SSO fails about once a month - restarting XenMobile Server solves the problem

Hello everyone,
we have a XenMobile 10.13 On Prem Environment (Cluster of two nodes) with Sharefile SSO on XenMobile Server configured. Users Sign in on the Sharefile Website via Employee Sign in.
Usually the Sharefile SSO it works fine, but about once a month it fails (jumps back to Employee-Sign in Site an not redirecting Sharefile ControlPlane).
However restarting the XenMobile Servers solves the problem.
Latest Dates it occured: 04.08.2021, 13.07.2021, 17.06.2021, 17.05.2021.
Any ideas what could cause this problem?
