No username in Studio (Ubuntu Desktop 20.04)

Hello admins,

 

I got into the Linux VDA and was able to set it up using Citrix's guide and also successfully connect to the desktop. However, in the Studio I see the session information but not the username. What setting do I need to adjust so that the username is visible?

Hi Umit,

 

This happens when UserNotify message is not sent to DDC side. Please check vda log and provide the error details.
