Upgrade Citrix Studio version 1811

I have installed the latest update to update Citrix Studio in delivery controllers, also upgraded the DB for compatibility requirements, but could not change the site DB configuration in Citrix studio. many articles mentioned that I need to add a new record for the DB in the local host file to point to the new DB. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the path to this file.

Is there any simple way to update the site database? already updated the  logging and monitoring with the new database . but couldn't do the same for site database , someone told me that"  should add in local  host  file one dns record point to the new db server", but i couldn't find that file to do so. check attached image plz.

See the link I posted. You need to move the database to new SQL server. Assign the Delivery Controllers the correct roles. Then run the PowerShell commands to point Delivery Controllers to the new SQL database server. You can't do it in Studio.
