We've been experiencing issues backup our Citrix VDAs using Dell IDPA (Avamar) I believe the issue has something to do with Citrix MCS and the Avamar snapshot process. The failure reason is "too many pre-existing snapshots.
Since attempting to backup these guest, the primary drive name in VMWare was change (see attached screenshot)
There doesn't appear to be any snapshots on the datastore where that VMs lives.
I haven't been able to get much help from VMWare or Citrix support getting these VMs back to their original state so I can back them up.
If anyone else has experienced this issue, any assistance would be GREAT
