MCS - Adding Machines to existing Catalogues throws error - "invalid configuration for device '0"

Hi,

 

I am unable to add machines to existing Catalogues, when I attempt to add machines to any Catalogue I receive an error "invalid configuration for device '0"

 

I have been unsuccessful in troubleshooting this, all VDAs are on the same network and storage and the Hard Drives are SCSI 0:0 Hard Disk 1

 

I can do whatever I like with the existing machines in VMware without issue and I am able to update the machines and their snapshots, I just cant add new machines which I need to be able to do asap due to moving from Pilot to Production.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Hi Chris,

 

This error is known in VMware KB so I am not sure if the issue is with Citrix.

However, after looking around, I would suggest you to verify your network settings on VMware.
