IOS device username and password incorrect

Before we could enroll we are getting this message. The user is trying to enroll her iphone


Step 1 - UPN name

Step 2 - Username & Password


Gets a message Username or Password Incorrect.


I deleted the device from the endpoint management before we tried the above steps. Deleted the Device Management from her phone. But, still this issue is coming up.

Can you please provide some more details?

Are you running on-prem or in Citrix Cloud?

Are you using MAM-Only or MDM+MAM.

You wrote step 1 and step 2, does it mean that first user provides email to get redirected to enrollment page?

Is Authentication LDAP?

Does the message appear just after providing credentials?
