We are having issues getting Windows media redirection to work correctly from our IGEL client PC's into our Windows 10 VDI's. We do not have issues getting the multimedia redirection to work on our Windows client PC's. The CPU load is just not being offloaded onto the IGEL client when playing a video through WMP. Has anyone encountered this? I am thinking our Citrix policies are just fine and should not be altered as this is working with Windows clients. Anyone have experience with IGEL settings? I have tried playing around with the HDX IGEL settings and nothing is working.
