Citrix Gateway - Detail Escrow (Timely manner)

Question

This is Vickie from Detail Escrow who is the user of Citrix Gateway

We are not able to log-in to the program since this morning

The user ID is detail3

 

We need to reset our password if the system is not lock-out as the below image appears

Please assist us this urgent issue

Sorry for your troubles, hope you got it solved already but just wanted to make sure you know that this system is running at the company you work for.

We at Citrix do not have control over your system or your user account, for that you need to contact your admins, helpdesk or whoever can reset your password.
