Device option not available in citrix session for few 3D VDI machine

Hi,

 

Recently i m facing weird issue where Device option is not appearing in drop down menu of citirx session. Issue is appearing to few machines. we have Citrix 1912 CU1 with Nvidia driver installed.  Verified group policy and USB redirection is enabled.

 

Any suggestions or workaround is highly helpfull to me. I m killing my head since 2 days.

Is this working on other devices with the same user?

It could be an issue were you installed the Citrix workspace app without administrator privileges. 

 

please reinstall the Workspace App as an administrator.

No it will be applicable for all users. 

 

Tried login with different machine with different userid. 

Hint: Recently I noticed one of the application 3D Driver connextion(3D Mouse Driver) will cause any impact to the display option in citrix? Since whichever machine having this driver installed having this issue.
