Error code 473 on Android device

Hi we have an Android device (version 8.0.0) that gets error "Citrix Workspace received an unexpected response, Error Code 473"

Any idea what could cause this?

Hi! we´ve got the same problem "error 473". If access by an explorer (installing previusly the CAs certificates ) it calls workspaceapp and lauch the resource. If you dont have done that close the connection.

 

But by workspacce app integration keeps "the unexpected response, Error Code 473", while the CA certificates are installed and granted access by apps
