Cannot copy files to Android Enterprise devices

Hello everyone,

 

I'm trying to copy a file to the directory of an App on Android Enterprise devices using the Files device policy. On legacy admin devices the following path always worked:

"%Flash Storage%/Android/data/AppName/files"

 

When I try to use the same path for Android Enterprise devices, the specified path is created within the "download" folder and the file gets transfered there. When I try to use "/storage/emulated/0/android/data/AppName/files" instead, there are different behaviours. If the path already exists, the transfer of the file fails. If the path does not exist yet, the creation of the path + the transfer of the file fails.

 

Does XenMobile/Secure Hub not have the permission to transfer files to that location anymore when using Android Enterprise? Or is my way of specifying the path wrong? The devices are fully managed.
