Citrix Metaframe Server FTA has stopped working when launching a URL from winthin a published app

Hi All,

 

I am new to XenApp and im trying to resolve an issue we are getting on one of our Citrix Xenapp farms. We have 2 sites each running Citrix XenApp 6.5. On one of the sites we are getting an error saying "Citrix Metaframe Server FTA has stopped working" when ever we try to launch a URL from within a published app.  Our other site is working fine and will launch the default web browser on the local machine.  I have tried comparing the settings on both sites to see if I can see any differences but nothing is standing out.  

 

Could anyone give me some advise on what could be coursing the issue?
