Citrix log in works fine when logged in from a computer and can open VDA and apps. FYI we also enabled 2FA using duo and we have citrix gateway.
When log in to citrix workspace in macOS/iOS (iphone/ipad) and android (phone) it goes back asking username and password after asked for the 2FA.
I can't figured out what I am missing. Do I have to create a different session policy for ios/android? Can anyone assist me on configuring this? I am new to citrix management as this was only passed to me.
