linux VM rebooting ramdomly after upgrade xen to 8.2 LTSS

hello,

after migrating our pool servers to xen 8.2 LTSS version we are experiencing ramdom reboots of several  Linux suse sles12 VMs

the operating system logs only shows like binary data  with a lot of "@^@^@^@^@@^@^@^@^@" text

there are no other errors or suspicious logs in Xen or operating systems logs,     any advice about this "@^@^@^@^" symbols or behaviour?
