Printer is printing upside down and backward in application

Hello 

 

I have this issue that printer is printing  upside down and backward pdf files on the users over citrix receiver  but when trying on the citrix server where the application is installed works fine.

I was looking in forums but nothing about this issue.
Could you please help me to identify the issue ? or Can be this considerer as a bug ?

Hi,

 

When user login do you have setup anything like Back to Front or Reverse Order.

 

Please check the printer property or documents property in case set to Reverse Order.

The settings does not have reverse order setup but in the application server can be print perfectly but over the citrix receiver does that.
