Hello there

 

I don't have an issue or anything but just curious about something. On a 7.15 environment in my company I noticed one of our shared desktops is accessible internally but not externally via netscaler even though this has been set in "Access Policy". I didn't build this environment but curious how this might have been achieved? There's no icon or anything. Just totally absent via netscaler.

You can control the access by Delivery Group using Policy.

most likely in this case that KEYWORDS and filtering are in place with StoreFront :)
