ELM replaces json files with an old version since last upgrade 2009

Hello,

 

json files storeed on the applayer share are remplaced with an old version each days (several times a days). When I restore the correct version from a VSS snapshot, users can log and use elastic and users layers. After a while, new jsons files are copied on the share and nothing is working anymore.

If I apply the share configuration from ELM then correct json files are created, but after a while they are replaced by old ones.

Share is on a Windows 2019 cluster file system.

Do you have two appliances pointing to the same share? 

It is normal for those files to be updated every 10 hours I think so if you dont have two then you should recheck your permissions.

Thank you Bob :-) . Our test appliance was pointing to the same share as the production.
