Ahmed Malibari Posted September 30, 2020 Share Posted September 30, 2020 Hi, Users in our org. are facing issue while they are putting their CORRECT username & password in StoreFront to login , but it keep saying that “incorrect username and password” At the same time it sends the 2FA message to the user mobile. After multiple attempts (3-5 times) user will be able to login normally. This is intermittent issue and not all users are facing it.. What could be the problem here !! Thanks in advance.. Sam Jacobs Posted October 1, 2020 Share Posted October 1, 2020 You may have a problem with one of your StoreFront servers. I would disable one of them in the vServer, and test, and then switch.
