Hello since the xenapp 7.15 days weve had many print issues but those seemed to go away when we upgraded to the latest Kyocera KX universal print driver at the time.
Now lately it seems that the issues are coming back even on CVAD 1912 LTSR.
i went through and upgraded the Kyocera KX driver and Citrix driver to the latest versions to match based off of citrixready.com.
the print queues randomly and mostly when busy go "ready" state and stop printing. they get backed up until a print spooler restart fixes it. sometime will be good until the next day.
