Royce Mendoza1709160095
Hi I have a question regarding Citrix Gateway enterprise VPX. I downloaded a Citrix Gateway VPX 13.0 and already allocated a Citrix Gateway enterprise VPX license as you can see on my screenshot below. When i install the license on Citrix Gateway 13.0 and reboot, my license didn't work. As you can see below the license type is express and i don't have the feature "NetScaler Gateway" for ica proxy What's the problem/solution here? Hello, The 2nd screenshot shows (Freemium) which means no license found. Are you sure the license has been assigned correctly with the Mac Address? Any reason why is it like this? Based on the screenshot showing Fremium, your license is not assigned correctly, usually due to hostname misconfiguration. Please open the .lic file and check if Mac Address is correct. Thanks Arnaud
CarlStalhood
Try allocating to the hostname instead of the MAC address. In ADC, click the gear icon to see your case sensitive hostname.
