After Configure SSPR the poping up html page "Java does not start automatically"

Hello All,

VPN Virtual Server has been configured for Self-Service-Password-Reset (SSPR).
I referred to Carl's blog.

When logging on for the first time, the user must response to KBA registration.
Then, the error phrase is appeared like the below image.
The customers must refesh the page to logon

I want to hide the error page.

 

what should I do hiding this page?

You customize Self Service Password Reset through the Configuration Editor. Log in to Self Service Password Reset at https://dns-name/sspr as an administrator. content in all pages inside an HTML tag near the bottom of the page.
