What additional permissions is required to Download the MDX Toolkit?

Hi,

 

for testing purpose we want to download the Citrix MDX Toolkit, to wrap our app and send to working Profiles. But in the download section there is the hint "The item you are trying to access is restricted and requires additional permissions!" - what kind of License or additional permissions is required to download and test the MDX Toolkit?
