Windows 10 upgrade to version 1909 causes netscaler gateway to dissalow traffic through the firewall

Mario Stoffiere
upgrade of Windows 10 to version 1909 appears to have caused the netscaler gateway plugin to disallow traffic through the firewall, have to go into machine and recheck to allow the traffic back through...anyone experiencing this?
