Trying to install centos 7 on xenserver 7 using internet repository but when VM boot/starts it does not find and start the installation from the repository

I am following the instructions in chapter 5.1 of the XenServer 7.0 VM User's Guide (page 18) or from this article https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX222534

 

The vm boots and tells me that hard disk failure, cd-rom failure and no bootable device.

 

The vm-param-set command I used was: xe vm-param-set uuid=06a35841-216e-62e8-54cc-685a7cc3e08d  other-config:install-repository=http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64

Have you tried other installation media, such as downloading the install to a local repository and launching the install from there? Any clues in any of the server log files?
