Push notification for OTP:Device registration failed

Hi,Sir.

 I found some problems as below:

I refer to carl’s  tutorial :

Configured with the function” Push notification for OTP” on “citrix adc 13.0.58.32”,everything seems to be going well, but when I use”Manageotp” to register the IOS device, the page indicated :” the registration failed,Citrix Gateway inaccessible, please connect to the Internet and re-scan the QR code”.

But the status of the Push Service display “COMPLETE” on ADC device, as well as mfa.cloud.com and trust.citrixworkspacesapi.net also is able to connect .

Please help me and solve this problem. I am sorry, my English is not good。
