I'm on Ubuntu 20.x and the When I try to type capital letters into ICA Client 20.04.021 but I have experienced this problem since I have been on Ubuntu+Citrix ICA Client and now Workspaces.
When I try to use the shift key to use a capital letter in the session, there is a high probability of a timing issue when trying to type a capital letter. My typing is quite smooth when I am using my regular session and capital letters. This also seems to work smoothly when using Windows and Citrix. The problem is bad enough that if I am typing in a password I have to use the caps lock key to access capital letters in my password to avoid not knowing if the "shift" input was correctly received.
