Create machines failed using MCS Citrix 1912 and scvmm 2019

We are using MCS Citrix 1912 with a connection scvmm 2019 and occurs the error belows:

InternalErrorMessage : Failed to create vm Preparation - VPCsO365PT_C7, VMM failed to allocate a MAC address to network adapter 'Preparation - VPCsO365PT_C7'.
