However I am finding the reporting options for HDX insight rather limiting. It would be nice to customize what values appear a a report. Ian Dale1709161148 Posted June 6, 2020 Author Share Posted June 6, 2020 I'd like to be able to group the HDX insight analytics by delivery group. The reason why is that our customers are organised into delivery groups and each customer is located at their own physical site. By grouping the HDX analytics by delivery group we can over a period of time develop a good baseline regarding each sites connection usage during the day and week. We can then refer to this baseline if a customer complains about performance to determine if there are any issues regarding there sites internet connection.
