PLEASE READ! How to post a question about Teams


Question

In order to help, we need to know:


- VDA Version and OS

- CWA Version and OS

- Teams version and if it was installed as .exe (AppData) or MSI with CLI flag ALLUSER = 1 (Program Files)

- Logs: HdxTeams logs are located in the client machine (AppData\Local\Temp\HDXTeams). Attach them if possible

- Sometimes capturing a quick video of the issue with your phone can help a lot. If possible, attach it.
