UPS with Fax Driver / Exclude Drivers for Universal Driver

Hello,

 

i tried to use UPS on my Citrix XenApp 7.15 Farm.

UPS works like exptected.

But i have some MFP Devices which are using a Fax Driver.

These Printer got also connected with a Universal Driver.

If i use them a normal Printout will be generated instead a Popup-Box asking me for a Phone/Fax-Number.

 

I dont't thing the Universal Driver is able to work with such kind of Driver.

So i have to exclude my Printers (with Fax Driver) for using a Universal Driver.

 

Maybe i have to change my Policy Settings

"Universal print driver usage" to "Use universal printing only if requested driver in unavailable" and install needed Driver locally on Citrix Worker?

 

Any ideas how to solve this "at its best"?
