Remote PC Access+ Bloomberg . Fingerprinter scanner detected but finger scan not working

Users are using Remote PC Access via Citrix Cloud. 

Ran through all the procedure of settings on Studio, double USB KB cables, Local/remote Drivers, Endpoint reg changes, etc

 

 

While connected to Remote Computer via Citrix Launch Bloomberg>Tour Install > Test Keyboard. Detection of device works fine. Just the physical fingers can is not sent to Bloomberg. 

 

I tried just about everything on Devices in Viewer menu.

You dont see the fingerprint scanner image now really. Are you connecting to a physical machine, does that physical machine also have a BBG kbd installed?
