Hi, I'm really struggling to connect and complete my Citrix EPA checks to connect to my companies internal Citrix tool from my personal machine (iMAc, running Catalina 10.15.4)

I keep getting the following error in my EPAPlugin.log (full log attached);

 

ERROR: Antivirus RTP : failed to check

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Which version of NetScaler firmware and epa client or full gateway plugin in use?

What type of EPA scan in use (classic epa, opswat, advanced engine)?

Which Citrix Workspace App/Citrix Receiver version in use?

 

Still may have to go through support (but more info, will help if someone here can help).

There have been past issues of epa scan conflicts on versions of mac 10.13....

Hi Rhona,

 

Apologies I don't fully understand the first question, but I'm running Citrix Workspace 20.02.0.5 along with Citrix Endpoint Analysis v3.1.2.4

I've been through the attached article, and I was hoping it would have been fixed by now - hopefully someone can confirm either way.
