Which version of NetScaler firmware and epa client or full gateway plugin in use?

What type of EPA scan in use (classic epa, opswat, advanced engine)?

Which Citrix Workspace App/Citrix Receiver version in use?

 

Still may have to go through support (but more info, will help if someone here can help).

There have been past issues of epa scan conflicts on versions of mac 10.13....
