A published web application( through ICA/HTML5) calls another published application through HTML5 via SDK API

Hello,
We have a published web application URL, with ICA or HTML5. User then logs in to the URL with same User ID an password he used to login to Citrix StoreFront page.

After login to the web application it triggers a SDK API to call another published application using HTML5 protocol in a frame.
The moment user logs in to the web URL the session just disconnects at user end, however on the Citrix Studio we see the session is live.
Then user tries to click the same web URL icon from Strorefront, it directly open the same session and present to the user. However the published application opens in outside of the frame instead of within frame.
What in ideal situation there should be 2 separate session one ICA for web application and other should be HTML of SDK published application ?
But on the Windows Server i could only see one session.
 

Why the Parent application (Web ICa application) closing the moment child application(called by SDK API over HTML5) is requested ?
