jean-jacques turnaco
Hello, After restarting a server, users can no longer connect to that particular server. I have applied different solution but none works. We have the message "Cannot connect to the server ". We are on citrix xenapp 6.5 storefront 2.1.017 on windows 2008 R2 servers. Do you have a suggestion to solve the problem? Thank you so much for your help.
Jeff Gardiner1709159995
If you log onto the defective server via RDP and telnet to itself on TCP 1494 do you get a response? If that responds, use Quick Launch from another server on the same network to bypass StoreFront and the Gateway. That will help determine which component may be at fault. If Quick Launch fails, it's probably a server problem. If it succeeds, you may have a gateway, StoreFront, ticket server, etc. problem. The event logs on the XenApp server and StoreFront (if it's on Windows) are usually a great help.
jean-jacques turnaco
Good morning, Thank you for your fast respond. I tried Quick Launch and it's ok. I tried with Citrix workspace and it's work. It seems the problem is old version of client receiver, for this server, we can use only workspace. Probably an issue of version. The problem with workspace is we can not print with user printer. Unfortunately, event viewer doesn't give me information about Citrix, I don't see. Thank You.
