Where to change user logon properties

Hello. Currently, our users long on with the username like: user@internal.domain.edu. I have been asked to change this to domain\user. Our system was set up by a 3rd party for us. I do have some basic administrative understand of Citrix and was hoping to make this change myself. Could someone point me in the right direction for this change? We a running a Netscaler v12.
